Canada Post Strike Update – November 18, 2024
As of Friday, November 15, Canada Post has gone on strike,
which is causing disruptions for businesses across the country. Fortunately, we
have alternative options available.
For U.S. customers:
Your shipments will not be impacted, and deliveries will continue as usual
without delays.
For Canadian customers:
If you currently have a shipment in transit, it may be delayed until the strike
is resolved. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to expedite this process
or retrieve packages already in transit. We sincerely apologize for the
inconvenience and appreciate your patience as these deliveries will be
completed once the strike ends.
However, for new orders, we do have a solution. We work with
a third-party shipping provider who uses a courier service separate from Canada
Post. This alternative system covers 90% of Canadian addresses, though there
are some limitations:
* Rural addresses and PO boxes cannot be serviced at this
time. Orders with these types of addresses will be held until after the strike.
* Apartment residents: Please make sure to include your buzzer
code in the mailing address to ensure the courier can access your building. If
any packages are returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect information, the
cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
We’ve always strived to deliver your orders quickly and
affordably, and we’re grateful that we have these alternative options to
continue serving you during this challenging period.
Please be aware that with the high volume of packages and
the busy time of year, delays are possible across all shipping channels. We
appreciate your patience and understanding.

Occasionally we offer special coupon sales which will be reflected on the banner of our website. Please apply the appropriate coupon as directed. *Many of our special coupons do not apply to Semi Precious, Chinese Crystal, Freshwater Pearl, and Wood Strands, tools, kits or clearance merchandise.

Here are some trouble shooting tips if you are
having troubles with any other coupon we may offer:
Make sure to clear your cache and cookies if the
coupon does not work - you can easily Google this to see how easy it is.
Use a different web browser. Sometimes just a
simple change to a different browser will make all the difference.
Try restarting your device. We often forget
that it is important to do that once in a while and usually this will clear up
any issues.
The "new customer" coupon cannot be used in conjunction
with another coupon - no stacking allowed. This will make it impossible
to use.
Type in the code in the coupon box versus copying
and pasting. Sometimes there are little things behind the scenes that get
grabbed with the copy and paste. Some coupons are case sensitive.
Make sure to have an account before you start
loading up your cart. It only takes a minute to fill out the information
required.
Sometimes people have troubles using their credit
card - we have no way of knowing why as it is always on the user end.
Make sure all your info is correct and always use the 3-digit code on the
back of your card.
PayPal is a secure and easy option if your credit
card is not working - it only takes a minute to sign up.
Make sure to select the box that says, "I'm
not a robot". We have had to enable that Recaptcha to lessen the
chances of fraud.
